Years ago on one of the Mustang sites a guy asked a reputable big name tuner if he should re-tune his 13-14 GT500 after doing a pulley swap. He was told "no". He was told that he would be fine. He was told about all the people who did pulley swaps and didn't need a tune and they all ran perfectly. I'll let you finish the story your own way in your head...
