Yeah, same here - KBB shows mine worth somewhere in the upper 20s for private party sale (mid 20s for trade-in). I looked into my state’s lemon law, and it doesn’t apply since the problem wasn’t documented in the first year (it started getting bad enough for me to figure out what it was at around 13 months, naturally).
