Otherwise, the camaro has been a defacto 2 seater since at least 2016 and I'd expect it to remain as such through the next gen.

Well let's call it "2.5 seater" at least. My kids are absolutely happy to ride in the back, zero complaints about legroom or headroom (oldest is 13), thus I can actually use the car for some family purposes.
