Planning my purchase, needs some help

Greetings friends! Well, as fate would have it, I will now be graduating in August from my DPT program, which puts the ZR1/Z06 new build out of the question. The most important thing to me personally is ordering this car the way I want. Ergo, a wonderful A10 ZL1 is in the near future. Due to certain factors, I basically need to mod the car the way I want right away, or it's not gonna happen for a long time. This is also going to be a daily driven car, seeing the dragstrip but not the track. I have experience with driving a built 02 Z28 (HCI etc with big hit from a TNT F1 Kit) and a Terminator Cobra with full bolt ons and ported blower....both of which were daily drivers.

First Question: Is it possible to take out an auto loan for car and mods? If not, what type of loan would you take out for mods, apart from the auto loan?

Mods looking at getting and having them installed at Late Model Racecraft in Houston!
-Carbon Fiber front splitter, "side skirts," and rear diffuser
-Carbon Fiber front air duct
-Various Carbon Fiber interior bits (REALLY wanna find authentic carbon fiber...no success)

-Whipple 2.9 with 102mm TB and Roto Fab intake (Not sure about pulley/boost)
-Kooks Headers, Borla X-Pipe and S-Type Catback
-And the rest of the 750hp package at LMR..I know know 750 pacakge, but with this full set up, it changes things at the wheels.

Thoughts on power with this build? The boost is the variable. I'd really like to make 700 hp or more. I'm not going to run meth or basically anything but 93 octane. No cam. No heads. If you think it can make 700, which pulley or amount of boost do you roughly think it will need?
