I just got the new fluid too. Mine is running fine now as well. I hope it is a permanent fix as well. But, the link I referenced doesn't talk about fluid. It just mentions that the new 2019 Silverado and Sierra trucks are getting a different type torque converter for the 8A transmission. The 2018 and earlier trucks were having the same type shudder issue as our camaros. So, it just got me thinking and wondering. If it has been determined by GM that the 19 model year truck with the 8A needs a new type torque converter then perhaps that is the case with all the earlier 8A's including our camaros and this new fluid may be another band aid. Again, I hope not. Time and miles on the new fluid will tell.
