Ok, forgive me... I’ve learned something his am...

I spoke with my tuner, and he stated, the values can be set from one side to the other at any scale he desires. This can cause the lines to cross at different “rpm” values. Say at 5750 as shown above. He did state however, on the planet earth, with our known physics, the torque and hp will cross at 5252.

So, he said you can take a ruler and align it straight up at 5252 rpm and you will have the same hp/tq value at that speed/rpm.

This is something he has no need to do, and therefore it has never come up in conversation between us... He said this might be more commonly seen in motorcycle shops or shops where diesels are tuned, where the power plants may have wildly varying hp/tq numbers... say a diesel with 500 hp and 1400 ft/lbs of torque... to get them on the same sheet without flattening one to the point of no variation, the scale values are varied...

I hope this alleviates some stress, and I do apologize for the less than complete response earlier...
