ZL1 1LE Question - Trunk Kit Parts on Delivery

Did some searching and more or less have answered my questions, however I believe there may be some slight differences for 2019 I wanted to get some feedback on.

I took delivery of my 1LE last night, and the dealership went above and beyond honoring my request to do the bare minimum PDI. They literally just pulled the shock spacer blocks and pulled the exterior film to ensure no shipping damage before the truck left.

There was a sizeable amount of stuff in the trunk, most of which I have identified and have a pretty good idea of how (and whether) to put on.

Here is a pic of the label on the bag:

The ONLY part I couldn't find/identify is "LooseBage" 23389752 (I suspect it was literally the large bag everything else was inside of), the rest are as follows and I am laying them all out here for the reference of others in the future:
  • 84209169 - Digital Envelope - Sirius XM Insert
  • 22819597 - Funnel Kit - Small Fuel Funnel
  • 84700576 - TK Suppliment - Single sheet insert in the track preparation guide regarding the (new for 2019 I believe) power steering cooling ducts
  • 84075508 - Ownrm Supp - Track Preparation booklet
  • 10355719 - Rear Lic Attach - Bag of screws for attaching the rear license plate
  • 23236173 - Push Pin - Pins for installing the rear lower control arm aero shields
  • 23400430 - Nav Manuals - Manual booklet for if you have the nav (I do)
  • 22823592 - Aero Shield L - Left rear lower control arm aero shield
  • 22823593 - Aero Shield R- Right rear lower control arm aero shield
  • 84615060 - FloorMat - This one is tough...but it's the floor mats.
  • 22873449 - Tow Hook 2 Package - interestingly the tow hook is just loose in the bag and is unmarked with a part number...and there's no "package" to speak of...but yes I assumed this was referring to the tow hook
  • 84669205 - Deflector2 - This is the power steering aero ductwork in a neat little box. I BELIEVE this is new for 2019.

  • 84234055 - Underbody Defl - This is the standard ZL1 front under-splitter curved pieces and center "chevron" shaped rubber piece (which itself was separate and loose in the trunk).

  • 84297964 - Deflector - these are the two small deflector strips under the front splitter that are supposed to be removed for track days.
  • 22894390 - LR WHL Opng - this one had me stumped for awhile but it's literally just a little hang tag that tells you not to take it through auto car washes because it's too wide...
  • 23336514 - LicPlate Bracket - Front license plate bracket kit in a bag
  • 84054444 - Info Package - Owner's manual, "Getting to know your 2019 Camaro" supplement, and warranty brochure.

So here are my questions:

This is a track car that will not be driven in rain, and will pretty much only see water when it's washed. Is there any reason to NOT install the power steering cooler ductwork?

Is there any reason to install 84297964, the two little strips that it says take off for track days anyway?

Is there any reason NOT to install the rear lower control arm shields?

Thanks and I hope others find this useful in the future when trying to identify these various bits and pieces.
