One thing too look at too is running temps may be too low to burn off moisture in the oil thats normally there. Synthetic oil and water wont mix like with conventional oil
I have a Chrysler 440 i run about 50/50 E85/87 octane and I have trouble getting the engine temp over 180 street driving.
