I followed the 2018 track prep guide that doesn't talk about max speed, only the avoidance of WOT launches, 4000+ rpm's, lugging the engine, cruise control and constant speeds for the first 500 miles.

As to brake bedding, don't throw stones please, but I do it very early in the morning, hogging the right lane for a few miles with my hazards on. There doesn't seem to be any other way in this congested state of NJ to do those 60-30 and 60-15 braking sessions, the coasting inbetween, plus the miles of cooldown at the end. Guess Miami is similar traffic-wise.
