Well, 4.4s is amazingly fast, you aren't going to get much faster than that with street legal tires. If you get a really good launch in ideal weather conditions, you can hit 4.1 or 4.2. There is no suspension mod that will make your tires hook up any better when you are at the limits of the rubber. Of course the tires will spin with TC off, 400 lb/ft will do that. The only real way to improve that is to get stickier and wider rear tires. Just remember that those will also be heavier, if you want to stay street legal.

If you really want to change the feel of the car and get better acceleration, you should think reduction of rotating mass and that means lighter wheels. The OEM 20" rims are heavy, around 30 pounds. Changing to 19" rims, even in the 24-25lb range, would get you a much quicker feel in acceleration. Throw on the stickiest street legal rubber you can and that is basically the limit.
