The intercooler and the belt drive system are the two reasons I went to the Vortech/ECS setup. They really don't have a "stage II" intercooler, they use the same one between the base kit and the 2000cfm kit.
It runs frame rail to frame rail, core support to the trans cooler (its larger than the radiator)
As far as the tune on meth - it is NOT "meth dependent", I have plenty of fuel supply to support the system on E85 or Premium, we are just using the meth for temp control and a little octane. In 15 dyno pulls we used maybe a half a quart to 3/4 quart of methanol.
