It's up to you on if they're worth it. I don't know the age of them.
Tirerack has the "newer" model, the DWS06, listed for $205/ea. They're still a pretty old tire, came out 2015. So any of the DWS will be at least 3 years old.
There shouldn't be any problem with rubbing. Speedo, yes a bit. I'm seeing the speedo read 63.4 vs 65 mph on the stock tires.
