the 17 Camaro requires 4 credits to tune the ECU. The 16 only required 2. 2 credits to tune the transmission Plus you have to send the transmission computer to HP to get it unlocked. and 1 credit to tune the fuel pump computer. if you have a manual you will just need the 4 credits. with just E85 and headers I dont believe you have to worry about the fuel pump module. With the LT1 you need someone who knows what they are doing. its a whole different animal. Its best and cheapest to get it tuned on a dyno. You need to have a GM performance shop do it. Id highly recommend you take it to Complete Street Performance in PA. $800 for the 93/E85 tune. https://www.cspracing.com/. The E85 kit is easy. the headers can be a pain in the ass. I had to remove the pass side motor mount but read and asked that you dont have to with TSP. Call CSP they sell it all can install it all and maybe do a package deal.
