The picture that they have shown for the 60607 has two equal length connector pipes with clamps, which should be for headers. Either of these mid pipes eliminates the secondary cats, so there should be some change in sound.

If you look at the 60606 page you can see that it eliminates the secondary cats and leaves the primaries. It is also longer to the front than the 60607. Also on the 60606 page it has a warning whereas they do not on the 60607 page.
"This X-pipe assembly bolts on behind the primary cats and eliminates the secondary cats. It does not include AFM valves. It does not fit convertible models."

You are totally correct about the auto and manual thing, my bad. I just assumed you would buy this for an auto car to delete the afm valves as it made no sense why a manual car would want it.
