From the day they actually found your issue, to the day they said it was redesigned and fabricated, appears to be 10 working days. I do believe you’re the first person to have an in service repair done (on a ZL1). I also think the part was already in development, or redesigned before your service visit. I say this because there are lot of A10 complaints from Ford truck owners, most specifically related to whining.With those complaints, some are indicating they think it’s a bad transmission pump.
Without your post, some people ( including me) may have assumed a whine or rattle may be normal. Thanks for the info!

I totally agree with you. There is no way they redesigned it that quick. There had to be something in the works already.
As far as being trouble free...not even one day! Engine oil low light came on. Stopped the car, checked the oil and it’s all the way to the top of the hash marks. Pulled the negative battery cable and it went away for 3 trips. Started up after work today, it’s back. I guess the one day with my car was fun, back to the dealer ugghh
