I could be wrong, but that very much sounds like traction control pulling power. These cars should be able to spin the tires at low speed/ WOT with some steering angle present. I drive in Comp mode a lot, and a stab of the throttle at anything below 60 mph sends me into the other lane. My car has a few bolt ons, but isn’t making that much more power than stock.
Like someone else said, turn off TC and see what it does. Just be careful if you’re not used to controlling oversteer, doing burnouts, etc.
