It took my dealer about 3 hours for 18-NA-355.
Opened at 7, and called at 10 to say it was done. Well, I guess it was done since they didn't say "we can't detect the shudder".
Now we all wait. The only 2019s A8 GMs with a shudder were built in 2018 that I can find so far( colorado's).
