It just depends on your power goals. If you are going to run the stock 98mm pulley, you will have 5psi and be around 540whp. If you go with the 95mm pulley, you will be at 7psi and that will be the end of your fuel in the 570whp range. It will be safe at that level with no other changes (don't even need the headers at that level).
Like everyone else has said, if you are going above 600whp, just do the upgrades at the same time.
