I know Ryne said that car was at 13psi(775whp on his dyno) on full pump E85 with solid fuel pressure on the high and low side. I couldn't find any information if he tried pushing it any further. He got to 760whp with the LT4 pump but that was leaning it way out past the point he was comfortable with. So I guess it comes down to how far you want to push a part to save a buck. I would guess that the LT4 pump would have been done around 720whp or 10-11psi if the AFR was tuned the same. That is why you don't often see the potential gains of the LPE pump because most stretch the LT4 fuel system to the limit before swapping to the big bore and correcting the AFR to a safer range.

That being said, the 30% injectors and big bore is what I would do... it is for sure the more expensive approach but in the end it's also the more reliable approach. I am not a fan of meth, but it does work and is a affordable solution.
