But why have an issue with that statement at all? 'Good' is purely subjective.
Take my case; why would I need a 450HP V8 if I hardly ever get the chance to floor a V6? To me (and I am not speaking for you or anyone else) the V6 IS so good, I don't need to consider a V8. And in your case maybe you might say the SS V8 is so good there was no need to consider a supercharged V8, but that's entirely up to you.
