So a few weeks before Christmas I ended up ordering one of these from Tony and had the same issue as Aaron with the CEL and twitchy TB. I contacted Tony about it and at his expense he shipped me a slightly less aggressive version which completely resolved all issues. No more twitchy throttle and the CEL lights have been cleared and not returned.

Definitely driver improvements but I'm thinking I may go back to the stock TB just for peace of mind since my tuner has my A/F dialed into absolute perfection and even though the smoother off idle transition and all around improvements are noticeable with the Tony TB. I just decided I may not want to go through logging and re-tuning again not to mention I would need to pay my tuner for his time.
