I think it has been discussed before, and from what I recall a single turbo sized appropriately for this size engine is just too big to fit anywhere under the hood, that is why the TT setup is much more favorable. Unless you are going Cleetus style and having a large single turbo stick up thru the hood, then TT is the way to go.
