I have a GPI SS4 cam... I can get the specs when I get home, heads, e85, longtubes headers, intake. I will be getting an intake manifold soon. The car currently puts down 533hp/472tq
I’m wanting to do a small 50-100 shot of nitrous. Should I do it?

If you are already making 533hp with E85, and will probably be making even more with an intake manifold change, then adding another 100hp worth of E85 on top of that might be too much for the low-pressure fuel pump. I think that the smart thing for adding nitrous to this build would be doing either a low-side fuel pump upgrade, or a standalone fuel system for the nitrous system.
Another thing to consider for better reliability is a way to retard the ignition timing when the nitrous is active. Lingenfelter sells a box for this purpose.
