Thinking about a Nitrous kit. Educate me on the LT1

O.K. guys. Bottom is this, the car is my commuter and it will NOT see a tune of any kind. If I do a kit I plan on running DynoTune's plate. I have tons of experience with them as I had a H/C/I/E Z06 on the bottle and loved it. I still have a couple bottles, a window switch, heater, lines, solenoids, etc... I wont throw no more then a 100 shot at it and only plan to use it when I go to the track without the Corvette which will be seldom. The truth is, the install will be more of a conversation piece. LOL I have seen guys reference a "box" that pulls timing, etc. Will using this leave any hash marks in my stock tune? Basically if heaven forbid I have an issue with my drivetrain, I want to be able to pull the kit, go to the dealer, and it be like stock. I wont be abusing the car, but I don't want to void my warranty. After the 60K its on, but until then I want to be safe. LOL
