Oddly enough I am looking at mine right now with 27-15832 4.00” pulley installed from the factory. I hope the tech is wrong because I will be running a 103mm TB. Oh well I probably won’t turn it that slow anyway. I can only guess the 4” pulley is all Edelbrock is comfortable with utilizing factory fueling.
