The NPP valves may not cause the whole car to shake...but they cause some vibration/sound at cruising speeds (at least on mine it did). I know this because it happened to me. I had put fuse 51 back in to play with the stealth settings and then forgot about it. I was driving on the highway and noticed a small vibration/hum while at highway cruising speeds. I thought I had the TC shudder. Then I remembered I had put that fuse back in..Duh. Pulled it out and sound/vibration was gone. Apparently the valves close a little (even in track mode) while cruising on the highway.
