I'm still holding out hope for a LSD with the 2.77 gear ratio. With the A8, it feels like there is more than enough torque at the lower ends. What's lacking is traction.
My stock runflats get crap traction when flooring it. To the point where i can easily fishtail accelerating onto a highway in perfectly dry ideal weather conditions. Frustrating because usually new cars come with expensive rubber so they can skim that profit margin when you go in for maintenance. I've been disappointed with the wet and dry traction of these stock runflats since purchase though. They're garbage. Anyways. < 5 seconds is crazy. I'd be happy with something close to that with 2.77's and hopefully with lsd and better rubber, all that power can actually hit the ground, without sacrificing fuel mileage / top end. Some day.
