I’m with you, as I’m just speculating on what’s going on. You were obviously already on the right track by getting that other TCM to tune. That would be awesome if it’s just an adaptation thing that a re-learn will fix. Then you can tune it and probably be good.

I just wanted people to understand how this was working. If you’re (your tune I mean) lying to the transmission about torque output, the line pressures and such probably aren’t going to be where they should when you’re beating on it. Let’s all hope it wasn’t a hardware failure.
