OK, so, after 24 hours, the battery hooked up and not starting the car, I dropped 0.03V.
Started the car, and let it run for a good 15+ minutes (some idle, some held RPM, some slow revving). Shut it off and checked voltage at 12 hours and 24 hours: 0.00V drop and 0.04V drop.
This is significantly better than before.
