Some of that could be your tuning..also a ported MSD intake manifold/95mm TB setup would make it pull harder up top or even a Pray ported stock setup....I would do MSD though if planning heads/cam. Cam Motion is a good choice. Along with Tick performance being their cams are ground on Cam Motion cores. The stage 1 224/230 113+3 looks nice. TSP stuff is right up there too...they use Callies cam cores. Pray Performance has the NA stuff handled well. He would be on my short list.
