Are you saying the ZL1 is actually a better DD because you can put in touring mode vs the SS 1LE which is always in track ready mode?? Never thought of that. Great point
As far as test driving at the dealer I don’t like that entire process. The sales person was invading my personal space if you know what I mean. Literally, hovering over me as I sat in the drivers seat with my wife in the passenger seat. 5 mins while I’m adjusting seating position, asking her if she likes etc etc. Maybe it’s just me but by the time I walk into a dealership to “kick tires” I know as much about the car if not more then most sales people. I just want them to introduce themselves and then give me my space. I think my last ten cars have been researched obsessively online and then I pull the trigger. In fact, that to me is 80% of the enjoyment. Youtube, forums, cars and coffee. Love the process.
