Agreed it isn't a warranty issue, unless it malfunctions at stock ride height.
Spring rates, ride height affect MRC, but wheel and tire changes actually don't. Yes the wheel/tire combo may change overall ride height, but the suspension geometry doesn't change and the MRC sensor position remains the same even with a wheel/tire change.

doesn't smaller diameter tires affect "ride height"? Total drop on mine is 1.25" up front, and 1.5" in the back with the springs/rims/tires I have now.
"spring rates" is why I selected BMR springs which are not variable.
Do you know what type of sensors are used?
