GM drives the speed off of the rear wheels, so there is only 10 revs per mile difference in the 2 main tire sizes GM uses for the Camaro. Even the tires on the I4 and V6 has the rev per mile listed at 730.

The ZL1-1LE is listed at 756 rev per mile, so I suspect it has a slightly different calculation used for its speedo calibration.
