There is a boost port at the passengers side back of the blower.
I'd suggest using a MAF based water injection system though. I think think the AlkyControl has this option as does the AEM that I am using. Since the PD blower has such a flat boost curve a boost referenced system will give too much liquid at low speed and not enough at high rpm. The MAF based system will allow you to better match liquid flow with boost and RPM.
