Why does the Mustang need to optioned a certain way? Because Ford offers the Mustang with a different set of option packages vs the Camaro that allow for a cheaper base car, I assumed you smart enough to figure that out.

Well what actually happened is that I DID call out Evan's run because it was bullshit. There was a lot of shady shit that went on surrounding his run and him getting that specific Mustang. On top of the other testers that couldn't do better than a mid 12. So that says a lot. I didn't count his run then and I still don't count it now. So get over it. However I also DID give the Mustang it's credit when the other more official testers ran whatever the hell they ran. I didn't block it like you wanna pretend I did. I completely acknowledged it. And you know this because you and your buddies sat here talking shit the whole time. For the record, at least I never went back on any of my statements. And secondly, I predicted what it would run out the gate and that is exactly what it did. But from the very start, even if the Mustang did get to be faster than the Camaro, it means nothing because it took them 3 MYs and a complete re-do of the entire car to get to this point. From the very start I said that at this point there is nothing that Ford can do that will ever make me respect the S550 GT. It started off as garbage and they sold them for dirt-ass cheap then 3 years later had to do what they should have done from the start. So that thing can run an 11.8 officially and I'll still think it's a POS. Now the next Gen, I'll see what they do. But for now it does not impress me one bit.
