Exactly.
I like running on e85 where I can run lower boost levels and still have really crazy power. Running on straight pump e85, it's generally been around 70% ethanol. I can run 12psi on that setup with no mixing of fuels...
This last test is to see if 14-15psi finds the limit. We do know that with MS109, we will get into the 800's for whp. That would be my "track tune".
For the street, I would feel completely comfortable running the 8psi pulley (85mm) and running either 93 or e85. Above that, I would want to run e85 or I would need to add methanol.
With this setup, I am very confident we could run 93+Alky and run into the 8's. I just HATE the idea of using Alky injection for octane purposes so I am pushing to stay away from it if possible.
