By law they can not void your warranty without proving the tuning caused a failure(magnuson moss), but some dealers may try too and you will end up paying lawyer fees in order to fight it if they choose to deny your warranty claim. It's up to you to decide if a set of cheaper tires is worth all that. #Firstworldproblems
