the wrap is durable on a scratch level. I don't expect much of anything to protect it from a biscuit rock thrown from an 18 wheeler at 80.
but from the stuff my car sees daily since it's not garaged, it'll be fine.
I'm not doing it specifically because of the protection, but I like the anti glare properties and the looks of the 1le hood.
