I have not owed either of these models but I would consider if options are important to you. If not the V6 and if it is a manual would be a lot of fun to drive. If it is not a manual and you can drive one stay away from the A8. It is prone to Torque Converter shutter. I and many others have had the issue. If you do get the A8 then get an extended warranty.
