Yes. I know. The ZL1 in tank pump gets overrun and you will either want to add a voltage booster or an auxiliary fuel system. Probably depends on your HP goals.
To add more color, with e85 we saw the zl1 in-tank pump dropping pressure at 8psi. Once we installed the BAP, the low side stays rock solid with e85 and 12 psi (760whp). In fact, I expect that we can run up to about 850whp with the zl1+BAP pretty easily (will be about 3-4% higher on manual).
With e85 (really e70), we are pretty close to the injector pulse width limitation on 12psi (no alky or race fuel). I suspect with race fuel we could easily run to 830-850whp. As we start upping the boost, however, we could start seeing heat issues and need to add alky...I am not quite there yet so will defer to others who know for sure. I would recommend calling Ted and just talking through the options. He has taken the time with me to make sure I had everything and even special calls when I was on the dyno to tweak in real time.
