No real updates on this, my car is still in my garage, since Sept 17th (almost 3 weeks now). A second 'authorized' seemingly does not want to work on a supercharger repair. Magnuson has been slow to respond, their last response was just asking questions that have already been asked or talked about.

They had originally offered for me to bring my car to them to get looked at, that was taken off the table by Dan in engineering group. Their president, Mike reached out to me after getting word that I wasn't getting anywhere, saying he wanted to swap my supercharger out, nothing on that since he emailed me 3 days ago..

Magnuson is not the company I thought they were. I don't know if it is a lack of internal communication or if they really are just hoping this will go away. No one has bothered to give me a follow-up call beyond the first day I contacted them.. I spent a lot of money on their product, I put a lot of trust in them and Jannetty and I have been very patient, but I am really feeling like I am being left out in the cold here.
