From what I've and others have seen on logs of fuel trims, I would not suggest running the Rotofab without a MAF scale adjustment. Yes it will run and be safe and won't throw CEL, but it way over reports air mass. That may be why it loses torque. Once the MAF is rescaled it's a very good gain on a blower car.
Yes. You should get a noticable power jump with those mods. With over reporting MAF you may run into torque limits without a tune and get throttle closure though. My $.02
