Max power at 5200 rpm indicates an issue... should be 6k. Either the dyno or the car has an issue.
It could simply be the crappy CA gas. I'd try mixing in some 99 to bring it to 93+ and see what happens. It may require some driving with the new gas blend for the ecu to relearn.
