Assuming that is the source of the leak...
It's not difficult to do yourself if you have the tools and a little know how. I did one in less than an hour.
Couple tips:

Buy a new AC belt and just cut the old one off.
Buy a new crank pulley bolt.
Install the new AC belt using the large zip tie method BEFORE installing the crank pulley bolt.
Remove the throttle body for the install... The balancer won't fit up through if you don't.
A large strap wrench is very handy for holding the crank pulley while tightening the crank bolt. (Much easier than removing the starter and fouling the flywheel.)
The parts are reasonably cheap, but I don't remember the exact cost.
