I have a 2016 2SS, I was hearing a grinding/whistling sound and figured oh boy bearings or brakes or worse. Got out and the wheel well guard on front passenger side for some reason as pushed out and onto the tire. It's driveable but noisy.

I'm taking it to the local chevy dealership tomorrow morning, I DO NOT trust them based on past experiences and know they will try to weasel out of any warranty work.

Would this be covered under basic? I'm still well under 30k and the 3 year mark.
