Oh, well.
Depending on who is doing the drug testing, the person in HR or whoever gets to make a determination will get a report showing levels for any positive results. Depending on the level, there might need to be a determination made between what constitutes an impairment level vs. chronic/recreational use. These are not set in stone, and typically HR will err on the side of the employee.
Of course, if the employee was under contract with a promise to avoid recreational drug use, the point may be moot.
I run a clinical laboratory and have dealt with HR on precisely these kinds of issues. But any company can set their policies however they like.

I think JaxChris is in the ballpark with his estimate, maybe on the high side.
My bet on the Enterprise employee is he tests positive for opiates and cannabinoids. He'll have a script from a local ER for some opioid for his "back pain" and claim he was around friends who smoke dope. Not that we'll ever know how this plays out.
