I don't get the pka post. What is the OP supposed to do, ignore the damage and just say, "oh well - sucks to be me"? No, like everyone that operates a motor vehicle insurance and liability is part of it.
If a job has a drug restriction and it's violated by the employee (and that's supposition - that the driver for Enterprise did violate a policy), that's on the Enterprise employee.
