Take US Highways home instead of Interstate Highways. You'll face constant speed limit changes and occasional stop lights. It is perfect "break-in" driving. Or you can hop on a back road and constantly stomp on it every chance you get. Pretend you're practicing mild drag or roll racing, with an RPM limit.
Break-in's today are more of a shake down than they are an actually bedding of materials like it used to be. Today's procedure is just a very gentle way of seeing if anything internal to the drivetrain is going to rattle out on you. Bringing the car to a track and drag strip for a day right after you buy it (followed by an oil change) will tell you the same thing.
