Dipping in here, possibly out of turn, but whatever.
I know the shop that made the pulls, it's local to me, I grew up with the owners and the GM. My car has been on the same dyno and made 446whp. The tuner/dyno operator is a top notch guy, his resume includes places like Boost Logic and AEM.
OP, it was probably just a fluke oiling or assembly issue.
