Since no one responded to this, it is the Nick Williams unit on that one. Customer didn't have E85 available so went to C16 since it's something he ran in his other race cars and had several drums of it around.
I would definitely look into doing the TB swap. I think that you'll be impressed with the gains on the Whipple with it as long as you have enough fuel system left available. Even hosing it down with methanol, fueling the hit like that on E85 at that level is a lot on the system.
